Central Indiana...what a great place to live! Memorial Day Weekend

To those who have served, thank you.  To those who have waited for a mommy, daddy, son, daughter, family member, loved one, spouse or friend to return, God bless you. To those who have lost someone they love, may God hold you close and give you peace.  To those who didn't come home, we remember you and the sacrifices you made for our freedom.

Newly Updated Home Inspection Checklist

If you have not checked out the new Carnes Home Inspection website recently, we have done some updates.  One of the pages we most recently updated was the Home Inspection Checklist page.  Here I have narrowed down what exactly I look for in a home inspection.  Whether you are buying or selling your home, it is important to make sure that you know of any problems ahead of time.  Home repairs that may seem expensive at the time, will almost always become more expensive if they are ignored or covered up.

Top Convention City

Here is an article that reports Indy as the top rated Convention City in America by USA Today.  As well as another article on the Motovo Blog that ranked Carmel as #1 and Fishers as #2 in top safest suburbs to live in the entire country.  The study looked at crime rates per capita all across the country.

Deck Collapse

Congratulations

Congratulations to the Westfield Football team!  After going 3-7 last year, this year they were able to turn things around and finish 12-2 coming up just short to Cathedral in the 5A State Championship Game.  While the last game did not go the way they wanted, the Shamrocks certainly have plenty to be proud of this year.  Way to go guys!

Westfield Ranks #18 in Top Places To Live
